Shipping & Returns

Shipping, Returns & Damaged Shipments

Shipping

When your order ships, we will send you an email confirming the shipment has left our facility.  The email will also contain a tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your order.

Returns

  • All returns require a return authorization number and must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of shipment. 
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • All returned product must be unused, in its original packaging in good condition.
  • To initiate a return, please complete a Return Authorization Form. Do Not return products without a return authorization number. Your account will not be credited.
  • Your account will be credited after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Damaged Shipments

Unfortunately, from time to time, damage can occur during the shipping process. Please know that we are committed to making sure your order is completed to your satisfaction.  If your order arrives damaged please carefully follow the steps outlined below:

IMPORTANT:

Failure to follow these instructions can invalidate your ability to receive a refund or replacement.

  • Contact us immediately at customerservice@nsisys.com 
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • DO NOT attempt to return the shipment to NSI Systems. Retain the damaged product including packaging. We will notify the shipper who may need to see the product and packaging during their investigation. 
  • Upon receiving notification from the shipper their investigation is complete; we will email you a Return Authorization number and a prepaid, printable label to return the product.
  • Please make sure to properly repackage the product prior to returning it.

Undelivered Shipments

If after tracking your package it shows as delivered but wasn’t, please contact us immediately at customerservice@nsisys.com  We will confirm receipt of your notification and contact the carrier to track and hopefully deliver your merchandise.  This may take a few business days.  If we are unable to locate your package, we will notify you and give you the option of having your order reshipped or canceling it. Canceled orders will be refunded upon verification from the carrier the shipment was not delivered. No Phone Call Required

Your satisfaction is extremely important to NSI Systems. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
