We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from weaponholder.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must include all accessories, parts, and documentation that came with the product.
Order number must be included

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including the RA number inside the package.
Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund as stated above.
