Originally designed for Tactical weapons with barrel diameters of .75” and smaller the Barrel Clip can be used to secure any weapon meeting those barrel specifications.
Tooled from .024 Spring steel, heat treated, and powder coated in a matte black tactical finish, this rugged clip can handle any environment. The molded silicone clip covers prevent metal-to-metal contact with your barrel and have a temperature range of -67°F to 482°F, allowing the Barrel Clip to secure hot weapons. When worn or damaged, clip covers are easily replaced in seconds.

Can I use the Metal Clip without the screws?
NO – Doing so can be dangerous. The Insert Screws provide over 600 pounds of additional attachment strength and must be used for secure attachment. Do Not attempt to use the Clip without the use of Insert Screws. Use of the strapping system is also required to completely secure your weapon.
Do I need to remove the clip from the Weaponholder to replace Clip Covers?
No. Hold the Weaponholder with one hand to secure it and pull the worn clip cover off with your free hand. If you are having difficulty removing the cover by pulling it off, carefully use the tip of a knife in the air hole at the top of the cover. Be careful not to scratch the powder coating on the clip. To replace the Clip Cover, wet the inside of the Cover and slide it onto the Clip Arm. Do not worry about using too much water, the clip is powder coated and the water will evaporate.
If I lose the clip screws or hex wrench, can I get replacements
Yes. Part # IS-.375 replaces both the wrench and screws.
How tight should I tighten the clip screws?
Make sure the screws are lightly seated, Be Careful not to overtighten them. Doing so can strip the threaded inserts or snap the screw heads off which will make the threaded inserts unusable.
Are replacement Clips available?
Yes. Part number BC-75 replaces the Clip and includes Clip Covers.
How do I order replacement Clip Covers?
Replacement Clip Covers are Part # CC-75.
Can hot weapons be secured in the clip?
Yes. The Clip Covers can accommodate barrels with temperatures as high as 600° F.
